Lightning tower production and installation
1. All metal parts must be galvanized, and the galvanized layer should be protected when operating.
2. Use galvanized steel pipe tube to make a needle tip. The thickness of the tube wall must not be less than 3mm. The vertical allowable deviation is 3/1000.
4. Welding requirements The welding should be welded. The overlap length must meet the following requirements:

8. The lightning avoidance tower is generally made of round steel or steel pipe, and its diameter should not be less than the following values:

(4) Lightning tower on the top of the chimney uses a diameter of 25mm galvanized round steel or a diameter of 40mm galvanized steel pipe E lightning ring with a diameter of 12mm galvanized round steel or section of 100mm2 galvanized flat steel, and its thickness should be 4mm.
9. The lightning protection tower should be controlled by round steel or welded steel. Its diameter should not be less than the following values: below 1m in length: round steel is 12mm, steel pipe is 20mm, needle length 1-2m: round steel is 16mm, steel pipe is 25mm for 25mm The needle on the top of the chimney: round steel is 20mm, and the steel pipe is 40mm.
